Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of Assigned Programmes (and Sub Projects)

Including all aspects from spec, design, dev, test and production

Maintain Project Documentation

Submit progress reports to PMO, stakeholders and senior managers in IWG

Manage Project Capacity across your Projects

Manage Issues and Risks across your Projects

Manage project budgets where needed and agree

Manage Project Gates (Signoff and Transitions to next phases)

Driving cross-functional project teams communication and collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, QA, BA and Support teams

Ensuring that the highest quality standards are met and delivered

Skills Required

Technical Background (Web and Mobile or Enterprise Software)

Project Management Methods, principles, documents and plans

PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications

Good facilitation and analytical skills

Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards

Running large and small-scale projects (Matrix)

Project reporting in simple, adequate and precise way

Stakeholder management

Good Communications Skills

Action and result oriented (Delivery Focused)

Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels

A willingness to see things through to the end

Ability to influence people at all levels.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines

Being an inspirational leader who is able to demonstrate enthusiasm, passion.
