Our parent company, SILA, is in the facilities management space, managing over 6 million square feet of commercial real estate with over 2500+ employees. Our sites include the first and business class lounges of the New International Airport (Mumbai), Adlabs Imagica, other five star hotel and commercial properties.

With the backing of SILA, we have built a strong operating team, who have been extensively trained to provide a professional service using the right tools and training, so that we can provide all our customers with a 100% Service Guarantee.

ABOUT SILA

SILA was founded in April, 2010 by Sahil and Rushabh Vora. The two brothers started out with the goal to build a Real Estate Services platform, and beginning with Facility Management. Over the past 7+ years, SILA's has grown to become one of the leading and the fastest growing Facility Management service providers in India. The Facility Management business is spread across 8 cities with 2500+ employees and over 6 million square feet of Real Estate under management.

In 2013, SILA decided to foray into the real estate Project Management services business by forming a joint venture with a global Project & Construction management services provider, Construction Management & Development Inc. (CM&D), USA.

Currently, the two core businesses are Facility Management & Project Management. The goal in the near future is to leverage the expertise and move along the value chain of both the Facility Management & Project Management business.
