was founded by Vanessa Tanner, whose passion for eco-friendly practices had been cultivated since she was a teen. Her family recycled, composted, and was conscious about conserving energy.

It was only natural that Vanessa would start Welcome Home Maids in January 2008 after a her career as an art consultant come to a close. She began cleaning for friends who had small children and educated them on the importance of green cleaning.

In 2010, she founded a concierge service after several of her clients expressed the need for organization and home management services. The Welcome Home Company was born, and has been growing ever since. The Welcome Home Co. staff prides itself on educating clients about home organization, recycling and living a more eco lifestyle.
